MARTI DIXON is the Director of Business Development with RE/MAX Masters.  She trains and coaches agents in our Ohio and Michigan offices.   She was formerly the Director of Training at The Danberry Company in Toledo where she designed and implemented their agent training program.  She is a broker in Ohio.  Has ran and operated her own residential brokerage.  She was the Assistant Director for a local real estate school and still teaches classes.  Marti is a Certified Mentor with the Brian Buffinni / Providence Systems organization.

ALMA FESH is a dynamic, hard charging, experienced top-producing agent that has decided to get seriously into training and coaching.   She too has been trained and accredited  by Brian Buffinni and Providence Systems as a Certified Mentor.   She has a diverse business background in the real estate industry with experience in the title side of our business, lending, and residential sales.   This background makes her an excellent mentor and coach.   Alma runs the 100 Days to Greatness Program at RE/MAX Masters.
