Worked for the International Business Machines Corporation in Florida on the State/Government Team selling computer solutions for IBM.

Has caused nothing but troublesome change in his career as a Realtor:

Mandated Sellers Disclosure before the State of Ohio for his company's clients.

Ended sub-agency for his company, which was quickly adopted by the TBR.

Introduced Buyer's Agency in Toledo in 1988 – fought for buyer's rights to be represented.  This is now the standard business model in Toledo.

Brought RE/MAX system to Toledo – now number 1 in market share.

Introduced, to great opposition, Joint Venture Title operation – which now predominate in Toledo real estate market.

Introduced the All Call system that ended floor time in his office and gave Agents control of their leads and referrals.

He was a Pioneer in internet marketing, personal marketing, real estate teams, and other innovative tools and systems in our marketplace.

-RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

-Member, Board of Directors, REBAC – the National Association of Realtors Real Estate Buyer Agency Council, the NAR's largest specialty designation organization.

-CRP, Certified Relocation Professional.  He is the ONLY CRP in the Toledo Board of Realtors.
