Sylvania Office Manager – Jack SchroederAfter 30 years with the Federal Government in senior management, Jack decided to come home to Toledo and rest and relax. So he got his real estate license, worked for one year on the Jon Modene Team, and now manages our Sylvania office. He's used to running giant Federal divisions and departments, so this is still relaxing. Technically. |

Michigan Office Manager – Andy Tepper Andy is a Michigan resident and respected Realtor on "both sides of the border". He heads up our new expansion into Michigan. He is a graduate of Michigan State University. |

Direct Mail Manager – Robin DuricekRobin runs our fancy and extremely complicated Neopost machines that handle bar coding, FIM coding, insertion and CASS sorting. See! No hard selling Realtor wants to do that! We let Robin do it and cut our postage expenses in half. |
Call Coordinators
Our Call Coordinators work hard to insure that the FIRST IMPRESSION a caller or visitor has is positive and professional.
Their job is to see that each Sales Associate gets the calls, leads, and referrals that they have worked so hard to generate. They also set appointments on all of our listings, handle Realtor
