I have been with Re/Max Masters for three and half years.  I have never worked for a traditional company.  I started out as a buyers agent where I learned the business within one year I went on the 60/40 plan.  Shortly after that I went 100 %.  I love how everyone shares information, your broker is always around to ask questions.  The office support staff is awesome.  I love working with and in a top class organization.  The training we get at our monthly meetings is priceless.
